All returned suits must be received within 30 days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact.
Please note that all underwear, bralette, towel, and monogrammed purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for exchange. Sale items are eligible for exchanges, but can't be returned.
The return shipping cost is on us!
To get your package ready:1. Create and print your prepaid shipping label here. 2. Attach the label to the reusable mailer from your original order, or to any other shipping mailer of your choice.3. Put your package in your mailbox or USPS drop box, or deliver it to any USPS locationPlease note orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.Packages shipped with a different shipping label than the one provided may not receive a refund or the refund may be delayed. Please contact email@example.com for questions regarding the return label.
We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package is in transit on its way back to us.
Exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the return package is not mailed within 30 days of your original delivery. If delayed, replacement products may be out of stock.
If you selected a refund to your credit card, the refund will be applied to the card used to make the purchase.
