We make it easy! Initiate your return or exchange here. (P.S. returns and exchanges within the U.S.  are free!) All returned products must be received within 30-days (15-days for Canada and Australia) of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact. Please note that all underwear, bralette, towel, face coverings and monogrammed purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are eligible for exchanges, but can't be returned. 

Please see Canadian Shipping or Australian Shipping for instructions on international returns. Please note, Canadian and Australian orders are not eligible for exchanges.

The return shipping cost is on us! 

To get your package ready:

1. Create and print your prepaid shipping label here.

2. Attach the label to the reusable mailer from your original order, or to any other shipping mailer of your choice

3. Put your package in your mailbox or USPS drop box, or deliver it to any USPS location

Please note orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Packages shipped with a different shipping label than the one provided may not receive a refund or the refund may be delayed. Please contact hello@summersalt.com for questions regarding the return label.

We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package is in transit on its way back to us.

Exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the return package is not mailed within 30 days of your original delivery. If delayed, replacement products may be out of stock.

You may only use one code per order. If your order qualifies for multiple sitewide promotions, only the highest value promotion will be applied.

Promotional codes cannot be applied to digital or physical gift cards.

$10 codes are valid on orders of $95 or more.

All Summersalt sizes are based on US dress sizes. To convert to the metric system, click here.

Yes! It’s safe to go with your regular size, but feel free to double-check our Fit Guide  as a reference. If you are in between sizes, please size down. Suits should fit very snug when dry. 

When in doubt, order a few sizes and keep what fits you best! Returns and exchanges within the U.S. are always free.

Our warehouse often operates under different hours around major holidays including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Check our Holiday FAQ page for more information.

Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be affected. Our fulfillment teams are working hard to fulfill orders in a timely (and safe) manner. Please keep in mind that carriers are also experiencing higher than normal volumes and may take longer to deliver your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customers may gift wrap items in cart individually or together. Gift wrap can be selected at checkout.
