How do I contact you?

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

We make it easy! Initiate your return or exchange here. (P.S. returns and exchanges within the U.S.  are free!) All returned products must be received within 30-days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact. Please note that all underwear, bralette, towel, face coverings and monogrammed purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

Please note, International orders are not eligible for exchanges or free returns.

How do I mail my return or exchange? 

The return shipping cost is on us! 

To get your package ready:

1. Create and print your prepaid shipping label here.

2. Attach the label to the reusable mailer from your original order, or to any other shipping mailer of your choice

3. Put your package in your mailbox or USPS drop box, or deliver it to any USPS location

Please note orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Packages shipped with a different shipping label than the one provided may not receive a refund or the refund may be delayed. Please contact for questions regarding the return label.


Please note, International orders are not eligible for exchanges or free returns.

I sent in my return. When do I get my money back?

We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

I requested an exchange. When will I get my new items?

When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package is in transit on its way back to us.

Exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the return package is not mailed within 30 days of your original delivery. If delayed, replacement products may be out of stock.


Are there restrictions around promotional codes?

You may only use one code per order. If your order qualifies for multiple sitewide promotions, only the highest value promotion will be applied.


Promotional codes cannot be applied to digital or physical gift cards.


All $10 codes are valid on orders of $95 or more.


Free Shipping promotions apply to U.S. orders of $95+.


How do I know if I’m ordering the right size?

Our helpful Fit Guide makes it easy to choose the right size for any Summersalt products. For a more customized recommendation, check out our Style + Size Finder! 

All Summersalt sizes are based on US dress sizes. To convert to the metric system, click here.

Do your suits run true-to-size?

Yes! It’s safe to go with your regular size, but feel free to double-check our Fit Guide  as a reference. If you are in between sizes, please size down. Suits should fit very snug when dry. 



Holiday Shipping


Our warehouse often operates under different hours around major holidays including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Check our Holiday FAQ page for more information.


Due to high volume, shipping times may be affected. Our fulfillment teams are working hard to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that carriers are also experiencing higher than normal volumes and may take longer to deliver your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Gift Wrap 

You can purchase gift wrapping for $10 in cart or at checkout. All items in your order will be wrapped together.

Pre-order Items 

When you place an order for a pre-order item, the payment is collected when the order is placed. You will receive another shipping confirmation email once your item is on the way to you.
