Can I change my order after it's been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly, and unfortunately cannot make updates after the order has been placed. Keep in mind, returns in the U.S. & Canada are free, and you can always return an item you didn’t intend to order.

Can I add something to my order after it's been placed?

For your protection, our team does not have access to your credit card information. So this means that we are unable to add anything else to your order once it's been placed.

Can I change the delivery address or shipping speed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly, and unfortunately cannot make updates to an address or shipping method after the order has been placed.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has already been packaged for shipment, we are unable to cancel your order and recommend that you request a return label here. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact our customer happiness team at hello@summersalt.com and they may be able to cancel your order.
