Will there be shipping delays?

Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be affected. Our fulfillment teams are working hard to fulfill orders in a timely (and safe) manner. Please keep in mind that carriers are also experiencing higher than normal volumes and may take longer to deliver your order.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by 12/24. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Orders needed to be placed by 12/23 at 1 a.m. via Overnight Shipping in order to arrive by 12/24.

What is your holiday return policy?

Orders delivered in the US in November and December 2020 are eligible for exchange or return for 45 days after the delivery date. Please note: This does not include final sale or monogrammed items. Please request your gift exchange or return here.
