Once you have selected your country, the website will switch over to that country’s currency. The checkout page will also be in the common language of the country you select. You will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes, and other customs fees in your country’s checkout screen.

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
When you complete your purchase, you will pay the exact amount in the currency listed (including all the listed duties, taxes, and shipping costs). There are no hidden conversion or exchange fees. If the currency of your order is different from the currency of your bank or credit account, your bank or credit card company may charge you an exchange fee. We are not responsible for those fees nor do we charge them.
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Happiness team know about the issue on your initial order. They will work with you to make the refund process smooth and quick.
Skip the wrapping with our custom gift boxes! You can include a gift box and a personal gift note (up to 300 characters, special characters not supported) with any online order for $10. Please note if your order includes two or more items multiple items will be grouped in a single box. Gift wrap orders take an additional 1-2 business days to be fulfilled; this includes orders with 2-day or next day shipping. Discount codes and promotions do not apply to the $10 gift wrap fee.
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
