What is the plan for online fulfillment?
Currently our distribution centers are open and running as usual. We are, however, closely monitoring local and federal government updates to ensure we are following all best practices in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The healthy, safety and well-being of our team is a top priority to us.
Will my shipment be delayed?
Due to reduced staffing, our order processing time may take up to 3 business days from our standard 24-48 hours. International shipments may experience further delays due to more limited carrier availability.

Preorder Items: If you preorder an item, your entire order will ship together when the preorder item becomes available. We will not ship your items separately.

How do I return or exchange?
All returned suits must be received within 30 days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact. Please note that all underwear, bralette, mongrammed and towel purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for exchange. Sale items are eligible for exchange only, no returns.

How do I know if I’m ordering the right size?
All Summersalt sizes are based on US dress sizes. To convert to the metric system, click here.
Do your suits run true-to-size?
When in doubt, order a few sizes and keep what fits you best! Returns and exchanges are always free.
How do I wash my swimwear?
We recommend hand washing your suit by itself with cold water and a gentle soap. Do not soak, just a quick wash will do! Hang dry to keep your suit looking as good as new. Do not pack wet suits among other garments.

What's So Special About Your Materials?
1. Beach-Proof Fabrics
Our suits offer UPF 50+ protection, and they can stand up to sand, sweat, and chlorine. Live wear tests have shown that even after 100+ hours of use in chlorinated water, the fabric retains its shape and compression power. We urge you to wear sunscreen, but be aware that some brands of sunscreen are known to stain swimsuits. We do suggest avoiding sunscreen with Avobenzone as this has been known to stain.
Our suit fabric is 5x stronger than ordinary swimwear for maximum durability.
3. Shape and Fit
Our suits have 4x the compression of average suits, so they truly retain their shape over time—even after washing.
4. Recycled Materials
We use premium recycled materials to make all of our high-quality suits. The fabric in our suits is more technical, softer, and more durable than traditional swim fabric.
What is your commitment to sustainability?
Swimwear: Our swimwear is made of a super compressive, luxurious fabric crafted from 78% Recycled Polyamide. These fabrics are crafted from recycled plastics, post-consumer materials and nylon waste—like old fishing nets—that are literally pulled from our oceans.
Travelwear: Our Travelwear is made of our very own, signature TravelSoft vegan silk. This means it was crafted entirely from pre-consumer waste, like cotton linter leftover from yarn used in factories.
