Order Changes

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly, and unfortunately cannot make updates after the order has been placed. Mail-in returns have a $8 handling fee per return label, which is waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit refund.

For your protection, our team does not have access to your credit card information. So this means that we are unable to add anything else to your order once it's been placed.

If your order has already been packaged for shipment, we are unable to cancel your order and recommend that you request a return label here. If you need to change size or color of the item you purchased, we would be happy to get an exchange label for you to send back your original items as soon as you receive them! Please note, we are unable to cancel or change shipping methods for Instant Exchanges.
