Want to order Summersalt to Canada?

Well you’re in luck! We’re so excited to be able to share all that Summersalt has to offer with our neighbors to the north. At this time we can only ship internationally to Canada, but stay tuned as we continue to expand our reach.

All prices are in USD and will be converted by your payment provider based on their rate. We do limit Canadian orders to $750 maximum.

Shipping policy for Canadian purchases

Once you place an order, please allow 1-2 business days for that order to be processed. Most of our orders bound for Canada ship from the USA by DHL and then are delivered to you via Canada Post.

The shipping time for Canadian orders is 3-10 business days. Most Canadian customers will receive their package within 4-5 business days.

Please order by June 20th in order to receive your suits in time for Canada Day!

Things to keep in mind

- We always try our very best to fulfill orders the same day, but please keep in mind that orders placed after 2pm (CST), may be processed and shipped the following business day

- We are not able to guarantee weekend fulfillment of your order (our fulfillment center is only open during business hours, and does not operate on weekends or holidays)

- Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled

- Discovery Packs are not yet available for our Canadian customers

- Sales are US dollars and will be converted to CAD by your financial provider, which may include fees

- Orders shipping to Canada may not exceed $750 USD

- Please note that shipping promotional codes are only valid on US orders unless stated otherwise

Duties

When you place your order, you will be required to pay a shipping fee that will include a charge for duties. Paying these duties up front helps to expedite your order’s journey across the border.

This type of shipment is called Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which will fast track your order to be imported into Canada, and you will NOT be asked to pay for custom duties when you have received the order in Canada.

Sales tax is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We limit Canadian orders to a $750 maximum.

Returns

Items must be shipped back to Summersalt within 15 business days from the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact (for swimwear).

To start the returns process and get your prepaid return shipping label:

- Email Canada@summersalt.com to get your Canada Post return label

- Our team will respond with your prepaid label

- Print your label and attach it to your package

- Drop off your package at any Canada Post location or dropbox

Items being returned from Canada will take 2-3 weeks to reach our fulfillment center. Once they have arrived, we will process your return within 7 business days.

At this time, we can not process exchange requests for Canadian orders. If you’d like to order another size or color, please create a new order.

Gift cards, monogrammed items, underwear, bras, and towels may not be exchanged or returned.

Will you refund my shipping fee when an order is returned?

Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order has been returned.

Where will my refund be applied?

Your refund will always be returned to your original payment method!

I've had my order for more than 15 days but I need to return. What should I do?
